what is the fastest way to burn belly fat?
I am a mother of five. I just had my last one 4 months ago. I am trying to loose the wait but is not sure what is the best way to do it. what should I do to burn fat fast?
do sit ups and crunches or look up ab workouts on youtube.
Besides doing those, you NEED to do cardio. Maybe 4-5 days of like 30-45 mins of cardio (running/biking/elliptical)
Also you need to be eating a lot of fiber (fruis and veggies and beans) Sugar and carbs go straighjt to your belly area so cut those out or strictly limit them. Good luck!♥
