B12 injections dont help you lose weight, in theory it sounds like a good idea, but in reality its not. It might give you a little energy, but keep in mind that it also increases appetite for many people.
Try Lindora or Jenny Craig, they are everywhere, just look them up online. I’m not a fan of either, but if you need and someone to monitor you, theyll do that and give you a food program.
